Just the Joy - Day of Coordination
Perfect for clients who have mostly planned their event but want a professional to take over and execute everything seamlessly. You’ve done the hard parts, now its time to actually enjoy your event!
Starts at $1000
Includes:
Planning hand off meeting 2-3 months prior to event
Review of all vendor contracts and event details
Creation of master timeline, floor plan, decor details and event flow
Final vendor confirmations
1 hour ceremony or event rehearsal coordination (if applicable)
Up to 12 hours of onsite coordination (additional hours may be added)
Full vendor management and cueing of all major moments on event day
Main point of contact for any troubleshooting and problem solving day of
Management of set up, transitions and deliverables
Unlimited communication via text and email
Full of Joy - Partial Planning
For clients who have started planning but want expert guidance to pull everything together and elevate the experience. Typically planning would begin 8 to 6 months from event date. You know what you want but need help making sure nothing falls through the cracks!
Starts at $1500
Includes everything in Just the Joy plus:
3-5 planning meetings, virtual or in-person
Vendor recommendations and guidance
Budget guidance and monthly check ins
Styling advice for rentals, linens, lighting and decor
Up to 12 hours of onsite coordination (additional hours may be added)
Set up and organizational guidelines for personal decor
Attendance at vendor meetings and site walkthroughs
Unlimited communication via text and email

Additional costs vary depending on your exact needs. Pricing will be discussed during consultation so there are no surprises!

Need me to stay longer? Additional coordination hours can be added to any package to cover extended receptions, cultural events, or multi-location timelines.

If your venue or rental company does not handle setup, my team can take care of placing tables and chairs according to your floor plan and layout. This add-on also includes placing linens, napkins, chargers, and basic place settings to ensure your reception space is guest-ready and beautifully presented.
This service is limited to setup only. Joy Collective Events is not responsible for bussing tables, clearing plates, breaking down catering stations, or any catering-related cleanup, which must be handled by your catering team or venue staff.
Pricing varies based on guest count, table count, and setup complexity.

I can go anywhere! Weddings located outside a 30-mile radius of the Portland metro area require a travel fee. This covers additional travel time, transportation costs, and extended logistics planning. Depending on the location, overnight accommodations may also be required.
Travel fees are customized based on distance and event scope and will be quoted in your custom proposal.

Turn your rehearsal dinner into a relaxed, well-organized start to your wedding weekend. This add-on includes timeline creation, vendor or restaurant coordination, managing arrivals and transitions, assisting with seating flow, cueing speeches and toasts, and keeping the evening running smoothly and on schedule.
I’ll also manage any décor setup, welcome signage, favors, and personal details so you and your families can simply enjoy the evening without worrying about logistics.
